We were blessed last Friday when Brownie Troop 1918 joined us at our Rye Food Pantry . Each girl arrived carrying a bag of non-perishable food items. After eagerly engaging with Sue Wexler, who taught the girls about food insecurity in our community, they went to work stocking our shelves. It was a joy to watch their enthusiasm. These wonderful kids demonstrated that a group of determined 2nd graders can make a big impact! Thanks to the leaders and parents for making this possible.
