Founders & Pastors
Giving Tree Global was founded by the husband and wife team of Pasquale and Sherri Falco who share a passion for sharing the love of God in tangible ways. Pastor Pasquale is a former entrepreneur who established two successful businesses. Dr. Sherri has held a variety of leadership positions across the globe. She is a professor at Global Awakening Theological Seminary. She is a Harvard-educated attorney, with an M.B.A in international business and a doctorate degree from United Theological Seminary. She has international business experience as finance manager for Procter & Gamble Germany and Russia. Dr. Sherri's legal experience as an associate at Simpson Thatcher and Bartlett in New York City.
Carol Kessler, MFA
Founders & Pastors
Independent consultant to institutional investors, working as an extension of the investment office team. Primary areas of experience:

Evaluation, onboarding and ongoing development of platform-based portfolio analytics software (Caïssa)

Portfolio analytics: Developed exposure aggregation model covering multiple asset classes to accurately capture leverage, liquidity, and look-through exposures

Performance analytics on existing portfolio and manager candidates

Report development: Develop platform linked risk reports by asset class; contribute to graphics for investment committee reports Prior to forming Hedge Fund Analytics, Carol spent seven years at Paradigm Consulting Services, where she co-managed a $1B fund of hedge funds and provided hedge fund consulting services to 5 additional clients with over $15B invested in hedge funds. The primary focus was on client communication and extensive onsite manager due diligence. Her hedge fund career began with a 17-year stint at a long/short equity hedge fund in New York and Florida, where she managed a portfolio of closed-end mutual funds, after 10 years building out and managing the back office.
Director of Community Outreach
Sue has over 20 years of leadership experience in Corporate Human Resources, the most recent of which was her role as Vice Preseident of People Services and Human Resource Operations at Revlon where, she formulated strategies, policies and practices and coached both employees and management.
Coordinator to the Spanish community & Children's Services
Susan Deus came to the U.S. 20 years ago as an undocumented immigrant from Perú. Susan works as a Spanish instructor has since learned English and become a U.S. citizen. She loves working with the Hispanic community and hopes that her story will inspire others to the possibility of building a bright future.
Pantry Supervisor
My family and I have lived in Rye since 2008. I am a former preschool teacher and have been a homemaker since 2003. I have a wonderful husband Jay and two great sons Alex 19 and Marc 16. We become involved with the Bread of life in the spring of 2020. I enjoy volunteering now that my boys are older.
