In an effort to fight hunger the Westchester Recreation and Parks Society (WRAPS) continued their annual tradition “Camps Care About Hunger” food drive campaign this summer. The Bread of Life was the grateful recipient of many bags and boxes of food collected by the Rye Recreation Camps earlier this month. Thank you to all of the families from Rye Recreation Kiddy Camp, Lower Camp and Upper camp who generously donated non-perishable food items. We would like to give a special thanks to the leadership team at Rye Recreation including Sally Rogol, Erin Mantz, and Sophie Diamond for their efforts on behalf of those who are hungry in our county. In was an honor to partner with them to help others.
